Probably the same bug as bug 994 |
I think there are several bugs opened with the same cause, for example this, 0001006, 0001008 or 0000994. When some container is erased, by closing the last search tab, the last message window or a lot of more subwindows, aMule crashes. It can be a bug of the GTK widgets or perhaps some feature of these that have changed and aMule has not updated.
I am using Ubuntu Edgy 6.10 and running the Gnome Desktop, with libwxgtk version 2.6.3.2.1.5 installed. |

I have checked it is not a problem of the wxgtk library. In Ubuntu Edgy, I have installed the version in Dapper, that worked perfectly. Then I have downloaded the CVS version of aMule, I have compiled, run and the hanging is still there. So the bug is in aMule. I hope it can be solved soon. If I could only help! |
