Summary | 0000211: Users ratio does not affect queue position |
Description | Some EMule users seem to have modified their client to not upload from their in-progress files. EMule deals with this effectively by modifying their queue rating based on their ul/dl ratio. AMule seems to happily ignore this and keep uploading regularly to clients who have downloaded HUNDREDS of complete fileparts without uploading a single byte in return while also failing to export their obtained parts list. We should be banning such clients. |
Additional Information | Not very noticeable except when downloading large rare files with a dozen or less sources. |
